All of our Little Warriors work hard and end up upstanding adults. They learn how to win and lose, socialize by meeting new friends, get fit and healthy which raised their self esteem and builds confident children throughout their youth. The thought of having to defend yourself against a bigger, stronger assailant might be scary, but Jiu Jitsu is designed to help you overcome your fears. By teaching students to take the fight to the ground where they can use choke holds and other effective techniques to defend themselves, BJJ helps leverage even a small body into a huge problem for an attacker. What if you are big, then our program will help you lost weight but also how to move like a smaller fella.

We have great Muay Thai Classes in Houston Muay Thai, or Thai Boxing as it’s more commonly known, is the national sport of Thailand and has been in practice and taught for around 2000 years. In ancient times, the people of Thailand developed Muay Thai as a defense against enemy nations and it was tested in hand to hand combat by the ancient warriors of Siam. It’s effectiveness is unmatched in the world of martial arts due to its simple training approach of utilizing basic yet effective techniques. Combo this with BJJ and you are one well rounded human!

One powerful hour of a hatha & raja yoga with some holds to get deeper into your practice. Uniting breath and body while flowing to fun music! A practice designed for strength physically and mentally with posture variations. Arm balances and inversions offered but not required. All levels are welcome.
