Is Fit Camp Right for Me?
I've never done CrossFit or HIIT before. Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. Every single workout is scalable to your current fitness level. Beginners start with modified movements and lighter weights, progressing at their own pace. Our coaches ensure you’re challenged but never overwhelmed.
Is high-intensity training safe? I'm worried about getting injured.
Safety is our #1 priority. Coaches teach proper technique, offer modifications, and ensure you maintain correct form. We program workouts intelligently, maintain equipment rigorously, and prioritize control over speed. Most injuries happen from poor form—which we prevent through expert coaching.
How much time do I need to commit?
We recommend 3 sessions per week for best results, with each class lasting 45-60 minutes. That’s just 2-3 hours per week to transform your fitness, energy, and overall health. Most members easily fit this around work and family schedules.

A typical class includes a warm-up, skill/technique instruction, the main workout (WOD – Workout of the Day), and cool-down/stretching. Workouts vary daily to keep things fresh and challenge your body in new ways.
Do i need to be in shape before starting?
No. Fit Camp will GET you in shape. We meet you exactly where you are and scale workouts to your current ability. Many of our most successful members started with zero fitness background.
What equipment do i need to bring?
Just bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, water, and a towel. We provide all fitness equipment—barbells, kettlebells, boxes, ropes, medicine balls, and more.
